The instant petition is directed against the order of transfer of the petitioner from the office of General Manager, CFP, Rohtak to the Inputs Division, Hafed, Panchkula. The petitioner has pointed out that there are orders of his frequent transfers which is not reasonable act on the part of the respondents. However, without going into merits of the controversy raised in the instant petition, we deem it just and appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, if any such representation is made within a period of 15 days under Registered A.D. cover. The CWP No. 14242 of 2006
representation so made shall be decided within four weeks of its receipt.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
