The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of an FIR No. 171 dated 4.8.2006 under Sections 406, 420,467,338 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sarai Khawaja, District Faridabad.

After arguing the case for some time, counsel for the petitioners on instructions states that the petitioners wants to withdraw this petition with a liberty to convince the investigating agency that they have not committed any offence.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
