JUDGMENT :
It is the admitted position between the learned counsel for the parties that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Two written compromise deeds have been placed on record of the case and are taken on record as Ex.C-1 and Ex.C-2.
The parties are also present in the court. Smt.Nikki, plaintiff no.1 has stated that she has compromised the matter with the appellants and has no objection if the present appeal filed by them is allowed and her suit is dismissed. A similar statement has been made by Buta Singh, son of Anup Singh, who is the son of Jupi, plaintiff no.2 and her attorney.
In these circumstances, on the statements of the parties, the present appeal is allowed and the judgments and decrees of the courts below are set aside.
The suit of the plaintiff shall stand dismissed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
