Shri S. S. Brar, Additional Advocate General, Punjab appearing for the respondents has informed the court that on verification it has been found that the petitioner has absolutely no interest in the School in question inasmuch as none of the children of the petitioner is studying in the said School. Shri Brar further informs the court that the petitioner has only filed the present petition with a view to avoid multi level parking which is proposed to be constructed at the site in question.
In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents, we dismiss the present petition.
