The challenge in this case is to the transfer of the petitioner on the ground of violation of the transfer policy which provides that a male less than 50 years of age is not be deputed in the girls College. It has also been asserted that the petitioner and his wife are required to be kept at one place as far as possible, according to the policy.
C.W.P. No. 13787 of 2006 
The petitioner has already filed one application to the Principal on August 26, 2006 (annexure P-6). However, he has not made any representation to respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievance.
Learned counsel requests for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file a representation against his transfer order.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a representation to respondent No.2 raising all the issues which have been raised in the writ petition. Respondent No.2 shall decide the representation, if any made, expeditiously.
