The relief claimed by the petitioner in the instant petition is for regularization of service of the petitioner by setting aside order dated December 6, 2004 (P-3). It is asserted that the petitioner has been working as Beldar since April,1987 as daily wager on muster roll. The services of the petitioner have been regularized w.e.f. October 1, 2003. However, he has claimed regularization from the initial date of appointment, which cannot be granted in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in C.W.P. No. 13792 of 2006 [2]
