This petition has been filed against the order of transfer dated 12.8.2006 (P-1), depicting various violations of the transfer policy. The petitioner has, however, approached this Court without first approaching the respondent authorities by pointing out them various violations of transfer policy. We permit withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate representation to respondent No. 2 by brining to its notice various violations of the transfer policy. If such a representation is made within a period of two weeks under Registered A.D. cover from today, the same shall be decided within a period of four weeks from the date of its receipt.
