Ms.Simran Chahal, Advocate
Chanan Singh Patwari & ors. ....Respondents through
Mr.G.S.Cheema, Sr.DAG, Punjab
CORAM:-HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE SURYA KANT
SURYA KANT, J.
On April 25, 2005, the petitioner was directed to file an affidavit as to whether or not he moved an application in terms of the final order dated 16.5.2002 passed by this Court in C.W.P.No.14556 of 2000.
However, various opportunities have been given thereafter but no affidavit has been filed so far.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that her office has already sent many letters to the petitioner but he is not responding.
From the above, it appears that either the petitioner's grievance has been fully redressed or he is otherwise not interested to pursue with this petition.
Consequently, the contempt petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
