The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for transfer of the investigation in case FIR No.86 dated 11.3.2006 registered u/s 302, 201 and 120-B IPC to some independent agency.

I have heard the counsel for the parties and perused the reply filed by respondents No.1 and 2. In the reply, it has been stated that by three different officers, the investigation has been conducted and the allegations levelled by the petitioner have been found to be false. It has been further stated that now the investigation has been handed over to another Investigating Officer, who is investigating the matter. The investigation is still pending. In view of these facts, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the investigating agency to complete the investigation expeditiously and submit the report preferably within a period of three months.
