Petitioner Bholi apprehending her arrest in a non-bailable offence in case FIR No.69 dated 30.3.2000 registered under Sections 302/34 IPC at Police Station Division No.6, Ludhiana, has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail.
I have heard the counsel for the parties.
This order be read in continuation of the earlier order dated July 17, 2006 passed by this Court.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that in terms of the aforesaid interim order, the petitioner had appeared before the trial Court and furnished his regular bail bonds which have been accepted and attested.
This fact has not been disputed by the State counsel.
In view of the above facts and for the reasons stated in the order dated July 17, 2006, the same is made absolute.
Disposed of accordingly.
