Present : Mr.Ranjan Lakhanpal, Advocate
for the appellants.
For the reasons contained in the application, the delay in filing the present appeal is condoned.
The plaintiffs having concurrently lost before the two court below, have approached this Court through the present appeal.
Their suit for Permanent Injunction, for restraining the defendants not to alienate the Bus in question, was dismissed by the trial court and appeal filed by them also failed before the first appellate court.
The first appellate court initially noticed that the bus in question had already been sold and the suit filed by the plaintiffs has been rendered infructuous.
Nothing has been shown that the findings recorded by both the courts below suffer from any infirmity or are contrary to the record.
No question of law, much less any substantial question of law arises in the present appeal.
