Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the arrears of pension for the period commencing from February 20, 1993 to December 31, 2002, have been paid to the petitioner in equal share by the Assistant Treasury Officer, Ambala Cantt. In that regard, reference may be made to the photocopy of the certificate issued by the Assistant Treasury Officer, Ambala Cantt., which is appended with the written statement. It is further pertinent to mention that G.P.F., G.I.S. and H.R.A. have also been disbursed C.W.P. No. 19501 of 2005 
to the petitioner, as is evident from the perusal of para 2 of the written statement and the photocopy of the receipt of payment made to the petitioner has also been placed on record along with the written statement.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition as the same has been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
