Petitioner Som Nath Goel has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuing direction to respondent No.4 not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in the matter on the complaint made by respondent No.5, as the matter is already pending in the civil court.
Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, reply by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police (City-1), Ludhiana, on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 has been filed in Court today. The same is taken on record and copy has been supplied to counsel for the petitioner.
In the reply, it has been stated that a complaint was made by respondent No.5 to the Anti Fraud Staff and now the petitioner is not being harassed by any person.
In view of the aforesaid reply, no further direction is required to be issued.
