Petitioner Roop Ram has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 378 dated 17.11.2005 under Sections 379/392/411 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, Palwal, District Faridabad.

In this case, stolen tractor has been recovered from the petitioner. As per the FIR, the said tractor was robbed from the complainant by three boys. It has also been pointed out by the State Counsel that the petitioner is accused in two more cases.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner, states that at this stage, he does not want to press this petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
