The grievance made by the petitioner is that she has been transferred against the transfer policy of the year 2006-2007 (P-2). In that regard no representation has been made to respondent No. 2 bringing to his notice the violation of the transfer policy.
Accordingly, we allow withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation in this regard within two weeks by bringing to the notice of respondent No. 2 various violations of the transfer policy, under Registered A.D. cover, then respondent No. 2 shall look into the same and pass a speaking order within four weeks of its receipt.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
