This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing criminal complaint in which the petitioners have been summoned to stand trial under Sections 323, 452, 148 and 149 IPC.
In view of the nature of allegations, disputed facts and also considering that this Court cannot pronounce the petitioners innocent by taking affidavits and counter affidavits, the petition is dismissed.
The petitioners would be at liberty to take all the grounds taken in this petition in their defence before the Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for exemption of the petitioners from personal appearance.
The personal appearance of the petitioners shall remain exempted on the conditions to be imposed by the Trial Court. It is made clear that the petitioners would put in appearance as and when required to do so by the Trial Court.
