According to the learned State counsel, the petitioner has been granted family pension, gratuity and G.P.F. of late Shri Sonu Ram who was her husband in pursuance to the orders of Accountant General, Haryana dated 12.9.2006. An unattested affidavit of the headmaster, Government Girls High School, Chhot (Kaithal) has been placed on record in that regard as Mark 'A'. It has further been pointed out that even the petitioner has filed an affidavit showing complete satisfaction with the payment so made by the respondents. A photocopy of affidavit of the petitioner is taken on record as Mark 'B'.
In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in these proceedings. The writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
