AJAI LAMBA, J.
This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for bail in a case lodged under Sections 323, 341, 324 and 34 IPC. Sections 307, 326, 148 and 149 IPC were added later on.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has argued that no specific role has been attributed to the petitioners. The injured was taken to the hospital after 1 ½ hours of the alleged incident.
I have gone through the contents of the FIR. The role has been attributed to the petitioners in following terms:- ".... In search of him we reached
Kidwai Nagar near Shiv Shakti Mandir.
Satpal @ badia son of Bhani Ram laced
with iron kappa ment for cutting fish
Jaspal son of Bhanni Ram having knife
(Chhura) Ashoki son of Firda Ram
laced with Sword (kirpaN) Pandti son
Crl. Misc. No.51430-M of 2006
of Bhagwan Dass laced with Gandasi
all residents of Amarpura were
beating my son Rajiv Kumar. My son
Rajiv Kuamar was shouting "Na Maro Na

In view of the specific attribution to the petitioners and the weapons of offence which are sharp edged, no ground for bail is made out.
