This is a petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for bail in a case lodged under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 452 and 506 IPC.

Petitioner Bhag Singh has been attributed injury with a sword on the person of the complainant on the right shoulder. Balkar Singh petitioner has been attributed injured with a danda on the left thumb of the complainant and further an injury to Amar on his head above the left eye.

No ground for bail under Section 438 Cr. P. C is made out.

Dismissed.
