Present : Mr.J.S.Brar, Advocate
for the appellants.
The defendants having concurrently lost before the two courts below, have approached this court through the present Regular Second Appeal.
A suit for declaration filed by the plaintiff that he was the co- sharer and owner of the suit land, was decreed by the learned trial court and appeal filed by the defendants was dismissed.
The plea raised by the plaintiff was accepted that being the owner of the suit land and there being no ouster at any point of time, the revenue entries did not reflect the correct position. The plaintiff had claimed the aforesaid ownership on the basis of the purchase of the suit land vide two sale deeds.
Nothing has been shown that the findings recorded by both the courts below suffer from any infirmity or are contrary to the record.
No question of law, much less any substantial question of law, arises in the present appeal.
