Counsel for the petitioners has placed the photographs of marriage of the petitioners as Annexure P-3. The same are taken on record.

Petitioners Jatinder Suppal and Priyanka Pasricha have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuing direction to respondents No. 2 to 4 to protect their life and liberty at the hands of respondent Nos.5 and 6.

It has been alleged that the petitioners being major have solemnized marriage against the wishes of respondents No.5 and 6. They apprehend harassment and interference in their lives and liberty at the hands of the said respondents.

After hearing counsel for the petitioners, this petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioners file an application seeking protection before Deputy Superintendent of Police of the concerned area, he will look into the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
