The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the proceedings before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ferozepur Jhirka, District Mewat, on the basis of the compromise bweteen the parties in case FIR No. 287 dated 12.10.2000 under Sections 323,324,326,507,34 IPC, registered at Police Station Punhana, District Gurgaon.

After arguing the case for some time, counsel for the petitioners on instructions states that the petitioners do not want to press this petition with a liberty to raise the point of compromise between the parties at the appropriate stage of trial.

Dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
