The petitioner has filed this criminal revision against the judgment dated August 5, 2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge (Adhoc), Fast Track Court, Sangrur vide which the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the judgment and order dated 8.1.2003 passed by the JMIC, Malerkotla, was partly allowed and partly dismissed and the conviction of the petitioner under Section 186 IPC has been upheld by giving him the benefit of probation for a period of three months.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
