In this writ petition, it is grievance of the petitioner that despite allotment of plot made in his favour in the year 1994, possession thereof, has not been handed over to him.

During arguments, it transpires that petitioner had already sent a legal notice Annexure P-2, to the authority concerned for the relief,which he is claiming in this writ petition.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Deputy Commissioner, Rewari, to look into grievance of the petitioner and decide the legal notice Annexure P-2, as per law. Opportunity of hearing be given to the parties concerned before passing the order.
