JASBIR SINGH, J. (Oral)
This is third attempt of the petitioner to defeat rights of respondent-bank to recover the loan amount from him. At one point of time, while passing order, Annexure P/10, a very fair concession was given to the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs. 10.00 lacs and avail remedy before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. When the petitioner failed to comply with the order, referred to above, the Tribunal dismissed his application.
Now, a notice has been issued to sell the property in question, which has been taken into possession, under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
No case is made out for interference.
