The petitioner claims himself to be 1984 riots' victim and as such, he claims certain relief. On an earlier occasion, the petitioner had approached this Court through Civil Writ Petition No. 9737 of 2006.
The aforesaid writ petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated July 04, 2006 by directing the respondents to take a final decision on the representation filed by the petitioner.
In pursuance to the aforesaid direction, a speaking order dated September 1,2006 has been passed, which has been appended as Annexure P-6 with the present writ petition. The competent authority has observed that the petitioner had failed to substantiate his claim by producing any evidence.
The petitioner has now prayed before this Court through the present petition claiming that he was, indeed, a 1984 riots victim and as such, was entitled to claim such a relief. In view of the aforesaid fact, the petitioner has raised such questions, which cannot be determined by this Court for want of evidence.
Consequently, We relegate the petitioner to seek his remedies before the Civil Court, if so advised.
