The plaintiff is in second appeal aggrieved against the judgment and decree passed by the Courts below, whereby the suit of the plaintiff for declaration on the basis of adverse possession, was dismissed.
It has been found that the plaintiff has not placed on record even a single document to show that they are in long standing possession.
Names of the plaintiffs do not figure in the jamabandi and girdawari or in any revenue record. The findings of fact has been recorded that plaintiffs are not entitled to any injunction, by the Courts below on proper appreciation of evidence.
I do not find any illegality or irregularity in the finding recorded by the Courts below, which may raise any substantial question of law in the second appeal, for consideration of this Court.
Dismissed in limine.
