The petition is directed against the order of transfer dated September 15, 2006 (P-3), transferring the petitioner from National College Sirsa to Government College, Kalka. The allegation of the petitioner is that the order is in complete violation of the transfer policy which is alleged to be violated by the respondents, inasmuch as the petitioner has been transferred within two months of earlier transfer from Panchkula to Sirsa, which has again been superseded to Kalka.
C.W.P. No. 15061 of 2006 
The petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner may file representation within a period of two weeks from today by pleading all the grounds which have been pleaded in the instant petition along with any other. If such a representation is made under registered A.D.
cover, then the respondents shall decide the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.
Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
