The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

for directing respondent-Police to investigate the matter in case FIR No.

239 dated 1.7.2005 under Section 363/366 IPC, registered at Police Station Nakodar, District Jalandhar and to hand over the custody of minor daughter of the petitioner from respondents No.4 and 5.

Since, in this case, challan has already been filed before the trial Court, therefore, this petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.

As far as the custody of the minor daughter is concerned, it will be open for the petitioner to have his remedy before the Civil Court.
