CORAM :- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SATISH KUMAR MITTAL
Present: Mr. Surinder Gandhi, Advocate,
for the petitioner.
* * *
The petitioner, who is complainant in case FIR No. 58 of 2006 under Sections 498-A, 406, 307, 323, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Sampla, District Rohtak, has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for transfer of investigation of the case on the ground that the local police is not fairly investigating the matter.
2. I have heard counsel for the petitioner and gone through the contents of the petition.
3. There is no allegation of malafide or bias against the local police. Only it has been stated that the petitioner apprehends that she will not get justice from the local police. On such vague allegation, investigation can not be ordered to be transferred.
5. However, keeping in view the fact that allegations in the FIR pertain to the month of August, 2005, the investigating agency is directed to expedite the investigation.
