One Pinky sent a telegram to this Court alleging therein that her baby boy aged about six years along with a colour T.V. and other house hold articles was illegally picked up by S.H.O., Police Station Focal Point, Ludhiana from her house.
Pursuant to the notice issued, reply by way of an affidavit of D.S.P., Industrial Area, Ludhiana has been filed in Court today and the same is taken on record.
In the reply, it has been stated that at no point of time, S.H.O., Police Station Focal Point has taken into custody the baby boy of the complainant aged about six years along with colour T.V. and other house hold articles. It has also been denied that the SHO, Police Station Focal Point ever made any threat to the life of the petitioner or her other family members.
In view of the aforesaid reply, no further direction is required to be issued.
Dismissed.
