The instant petition was ordered to be listed for hearing vide order dated 31.5.1994 after the decision of CWP No. 4012 of 1993.

According to the office report, CWP No. 4012 of 1993 has been decided on 4.9.1995 by a Division Bench of this Court and the selection and appointment on the post of Junior Engineer was quashed. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed in terms of the decision rendered in CWP No. 4012 of 1993 decided on 4.9.1995.
