It is grievance of the petitioner that the entire length of the route, after extension, is only 73 kms., whereas the tax is being charged by treating the same as 81 kms. The petitioner has already sent representations to decide this dispute, which are still pending.
This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take note and decide representations of the petitioner Annexures P/3 and P/4, as per law. Needful be done within three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Before passing any order, an opportunity of hearing be granted to the parties concerned.
