On 6.4.2006, the Division Bench of this Court had passed an order observing that it was too early for the petitioner to approach this Court for the implementation of the award of the Labour Court, which had attained finality with the disposal of C.W.P.No.15101 of 2005 on 20.1.2006.
It was further noticed that the petitioner had issued a legal notice on 16.2.2006. The matter was adjourned for today in order to enable the respondents to implement the award of the Labour Court as per the decision of this Court in C.W.P.No.15101 of 2005. The Division Bench had further directed the counsel for the petitioner to furnish a copy of the order dated 6.4.2006 to the respondents at the earliest and the order was to be issued dasti on payment of usual charges.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to apprise the Court whether copy of the aforementioned order has been supplied to the respondents.
In this view of the matter, we are unable to adjudicate on the rights of the petitioner and consequently, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed.
