The present revision petition has been filed against the orders passed by the learned Courts below directing the petitioners herein to hand over custody of the minor child Deempal @ Devdeep to respondent-wife- petitioner. The appeal against the said order was also dismissed by the learned Addl. District Judge, Jhajjar. On 21.8.2006, this Court passed the following order :-

" It is agreed between the parties that by way of trial, the petitioner would handover the custody of the child to the respondent on the condition that she would take him to school where he is studying on all school days and look after him. She would also see that the studies of the child would not be in any way affected during this period. The petitioner shall handover the custody of the child to the respondent at the respondent's place along with the school record on 0.1.09.2006.

Adjourned to 0.9.10.2006. On the said date, the respondent is directed to bring the child in Court." However, in spite of specific order having been passed, the petitioner failed to comply with the aforesaid direction issued by this Court.

Accordingly, the present revision petition is dismissed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court.
