It is grievance of the petitioners that despite application having been moved for convening meeting of the Board of Directors, no action is being taken by the Chief Executive Officer. Representation of the petitioners is pending before the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies at Gurdaspur.
Keeping in view facts and circumstances of this case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies at Gurdaspur, to decide representation of the petitioners, as per law. Needful be done within two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Before passing any order, an opportunity of hearing be granted to the parties concerned.
Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
