The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuing direction to the Judicial Magistrate to accept the supplementary challan filed under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Counsel for the respondent-State on instructions from Kamlesh Chand, SI, states that now the supplementary challan filed by the police has been accepted by the concerned court on 25.7.2006. In view of the said factual position, counsel states that this petition has become infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous.
