The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 33 dated 30.4.2003 under Sections 420/406/506/120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Kapurthala.
Counsel for the petitioner states that in the aforesaid FIR the petitioner has already been acquitted by the trial Court on 5.8.2006.
Counsel for the respondent-State on instructions from Daljit Singh, Head Constable also does not dispute this fact.
In view of the aforesaid fact, this petition for the grant of regular bail has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
