We take on record letter written by The Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission to the Advocate General, Haryana showing the result dated 11.10.2006 as Mark `A'
In pursuance to our order dated 7.9.2006, the marks of the interview and the result have been produced before us, which show that selected candidate has obtained 53.23 marks, whereas the petitioner has obtained 48.88 marks. The person, who has been kept in waiting list has secured 51.69 marks. Therefore no useful purpose would be served by adjudicating upon the controversy in the instant petition. Accordingly the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed.
The Bench Secretary shall re-seal the sealed covers and hand over the same to learned State Counsel. Accordingly resealed envelop have been handed over to the learned State counsel.
