In this writ petition, it is grievance of the petitioners that respondent No.4 is plying its buses unauthorisedly, without any stage carriage permit, on route Nos.7 and 8 of district Ambala.
During arguments, it transpires that the petitioners, by stating their grievance, have already sent a legal notice to respondent No.1, which is still pending.
Keeping in view facts and circumstances of this case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to look into grievance of the petitioners and if contention raised by the petitioner is found to be correct, an effort be made to stop illegal plying of buses by respondent No.4 or any other operator, forthwith. Needful be done within two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Before passing any order, an opportunity of hearing be granted to the parties concerned.
Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
