Petitioner Gagandeep Sharma has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No. 135 dated 11.8.2005 registered at Police Station Salem Tabri, Ludhiana, under Sections 420/465/467/468/471 and 120-B IPC.
I have heard counsel for the parties and gone through the contents of the FIR.
In this case, the investigation is going on. Counsel for the petitioner contends that since there is possibility of compromise between the parties, therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise the point of compromise before the investigating agency.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
