The instant petition is directed against the order of transfer, dated 25.9.2006 (P-7). The petitioner is sought to be transferred to Government Primary School, Pipli Khera, District Sonipat, from her earlier posting in District Panipat by way of transfer. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforementioned order, she can file a representation to respondent No. 2 by bringing to his notice all the violations of the policy instructions or any other rule or law. If such a representation is made within a period of two weeks under Registered cover then respondent No. 2 shall take a conscious decision on the same in accordance with law within four weeks of its receipt.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
