On asking of the Court, Sh. Ashok Jindal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents. Copy of the writ petition has been handed over to learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner claims herself to be eligible under GSRQ- A category for allotment of a plot in Sector 2, Palwal. It has been claimed by her that her claim has not been considered in the aforesaid category, although she had more than five years of government service left to her credit before her superannuation.
From the perusal of the record, we find that the representation Annexure P-6 dated August 26, 2006 has been filed by the petitioner which remains un-responded so far.
In this view of the matter and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the Estate Officer, HUDA, Faridabad-respondent No.2 to take a final decision on the representation, Annexure P-6 by passing a detailed and speaking order within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of the order is received.
A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
