The Legal Representatives of the original defendant- Babu Ram have approached this Court. Babu Ram had failed concurrently before the two Courts below in a suit for ejectment filed by Punjab Wakf Board.
Babu Ram had claimed that the property in question was not owned by the plaintiff Board and that after partition he had come from Pakistan and was R.S.A. No. 2680 of 2001 (O&M)
handed over the property by Municipal Corporation. Some other persons were also claimed to be in possession of the suit property.
Both the Courts below have held that property in question was let out to Babu Ram on his application made to Punjab Wakf Board w.e.f. February 1,
1988. On account of the aforesaid fact and on account of the factum of termination of tenancy by the Board, the suit of the plaintiff Board was decreed and appeal filed by the defendant failed before the learned trial Court.
Nothing has been shown that the findings recorded by both the Courts below suffer from any infirmity or are contrary to record.
No question of law, much less any substantial question of law, arises in the present appeal.
