The claim made by the plaintiff-appellant in challenging the gift deed dated March 12, 1979 by her deceased husband Naurata Ram was dismissed by the learned trial Court. Her appeal also failed before the learned first Appellate Court.
R.S.A. No. 2732 of 2002 
Plaintiff had claimed that the aforesaid gift deed was forged and null and void.
Both the Courts below have concurrently held that Naurata Ram, during his life time had voluntarily executed the aforesaid gift deed.
Nothing has been shown that the findings recorded by both the Courts below suffer from any infirmity or are contrary to record.
No question of law, much less any substantial question of law, arises in the present appeal.
