Rajinder Kumar

.... PETITIONER

Versus

State of Punjab

..... RESPONDENT

CORAM :- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SATISH KUMAR MITTAL
Present: Mr. S.S. Majithia, Advocate,

for the petitioner.

* * *

Petitioner Rajinder Kumar has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 94 dated 24.6.2006 under Sections 302/308/323/149/148 IPC, registered at Police Station Sultanwind Amritsar.

I have heard counsel for the petitioner and gone through the contents of the petition as well as the order dated 11.8.2006, passed by Sessions Judge, Amritsar, whereby bail application of the petitioner has been dismissed.

Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the direct involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant him the concession of regular bail.

Dismissed at this stage.
