Central Administrative Tribunal and others ....Respondents.
CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE J.S. KHEHAR
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.D. ANAND
PRESENT: Mr. Dinesh Kumar, Advocate for the petitioner.
J.S. Khehar, J. (oral)
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had approached the Central Administrative Tribunal by filing Original Application No.539-PB of 2003, which has impliedly been set aside consequent upon the filing of Original Application No.388-PB of 2005 at the hands of two other officials of the same department as the petitioner, without the petitioner having been impleaded as a party-respondent.
In view of the factual position, noticed hereinabove, it would be better for the petitioner to file a Review Application and place the facts, presently placed before this Court through the instant writ petition, for consideration at the hands of the Central Administrative Tribunal.
Dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a Review Application in the first instance.
