For the relief claimed in the petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will file a supplementary representation to the earlier representation ( Annexure P.5) by bringing to the notice of the respondents the violation of the instructions dated 19.7.1973 ( Annexure P.4) and 31.5.2006 ( Annexure P.3). If any, supplemented representation is filed by the petitioner under registered AD cover within one week from today then the respondents shall decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks of its receipt by passing a speaking order and affording personal hearing to the petitioner.

Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
