Learned counsel for the parties state that the matter has been compromised between the parties. The written compromise dated August 22, 2005 has been put on the record along with C.M. No. 9023-C of 2005. The said compromise is taken on record and is marked as Ex.CX.
A translation thereof is also on the record as Ex.P1 along with the aforesaid application.
R.S.A. No.3698 of 2002 (O&M) 
Mohinder Parkash appears for himself and for the remaining respondents as their general attorney. Mohinder Parkash- respondent states that he has no objection if the appeal filed by the appellants is allowed because of the compromise.
In view of the statement made by the respondents, the present appeal is allowed. The judgments and decrees of both the Courts below are set aside.
Consequently, the suit filed by the plaintiffs shall stand dismissed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
