The prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Sanskrit Teacher against two posts lying vacant under SC-B category.
Without going into the merits of the case, we deem it just and appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a representation to the C.W.P. No. 16421 of 2006 
respondents by bringing to their notice all the grounds taken in the petition under registered A.D. covers within two weeks, which shall be disposed of within a further period of two months from its receipt by passing a speaking order.
Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
